I see some of these negative remarks on the reviews and I would like u to know That it takes time you have to Have patience because it’s not the agency fault some of the backgrounds take longer than others we had to wait about six months. It was an a bad thing it was perfect timing and I think Knotts Family Agency for helping us with our placement.
